About the Role Were looking for a detail-driven, organized, and motivated Accounts Payable Administrator to join our Finance team on an 8month contract, with the potential to grow into a fulltime role. What Youll Do Process, verify, and reconcile vendor invoices and payments Prepare and process cheques, EFTs, and credit card transactions Maintain accurate and organized financial records Reconcile A/P accounts monthly and resolve discrepancies Support A/R & A/P postings, deposits, and monthend processes Communicate professionally with vendors and internal teams Contribute to reporting, audits, and process improvement initiatives What You Bring Previous experience in Accounts Payable, Accounting, or Finance Administration, or a recent graduate of an Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Business Administration program Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problemsolving mindset Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience with accounting systems (e.g., Sage Intacct) is an asset Great communication skills and a positive, teamoriented attitude Why Youll Love Working at Zenetec Supportive, friendly, and teamoriented environment Real opportunities for growth and mentorship A workplace that values continuous improvement and celebrates success A balanced culture where professionalism and fun go hand in hand Additional Information Zenetec welcomes applications from everyone, including folks with disabilities.
