Excel in hail damage management as the Hail Manager. Oversee operations, manage assessments, and ensure quality repairs while facilitating communication with stakeholders in this full-time role. In this role, you''ll manage operations related to hailstorm damage, ensuring smooth coordination and effective communication between all parties. You will be responsible for estimating damage, leading a team, and maintaining professional relationships throughout the repair process. Travel may be required to various hail locations across Canada. Key Responsibilities: Direct operations for timely hail damage repairs Supervise a team and manage direct reports Conduct estimates for repair plans on affected vehicles Develop relationships with clients and suppliers Ensure repairs meet established quality standards Requirements: 2-3 years experience in bodyshop or hail repair Estimation expertise using Mitchell and Audatex/Qapter Strong communication skills, both spoken and written Ability to travel across Canada as needed Knowledge of PDR/Hail Repair Process is a plus Harness your management skills to coordinate efficient operations and quality repairs in hail damage services across Canada. #J-18808-Ljbffr
