Route Service Representative (4 Day Workweek) Location: Edmonton, AB, CA, T5S 2J2 Requisition Number : 219328 Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Partners drive a truck along an established route to deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Key Responsibilities You are the face of Cintas to our customers and build rapport with key decision makers. Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns. Grow our existing customer base by upselling and crossselling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while acting professionally and safely. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Skills & Qualifications Qualified candidates must meet provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs and must possess: A valid, full, unrestricted driver''s license. The ability to meet the physical requirements of the position. A High School diploma, GED or Military Service. Strong customer service orientation. Selfmotivation and teamwork skills. A positive attitude, ambition, organization and service spirit.
