As an RVT at Bracebridge Animal Hospital, youre not just a technicianyoure a vital part of our team. Working alongside experienced veterinarians, other RVTs, and support staff, you will provide topnotch care. Your expertise in animal care, diagnostics, dentistry, and more will shine here. Job Responsibilities Communicate in a compassionate and professional manner with clients and colleagues. Execute quality diagnostic imaging. Provide excellent veterinary nursing care while adhering to provincial regulations and Fear Free techniques. Administer and analyze diagnostic tests as directed by the Veterinarian. Assist Veterinarian with surgical and therapeutic procedures, including administering and monitoring anesthesia and analgesia. Operate and maintain medical equipment. Manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fastpaced environment. Maintain and support a collaborative work environment and assist other team members as needed. Work with Client Services Representatives answering phones, greeting clients, and taking payments as needed. Job Details Job Type: Fulltime (Maternity Leave Coverage). Hours: 3240 hours per week. Wage: $24.00-$27.00 per hour (based on experience). Skills and Basic Qualifications License in good standing with the OAVT.
