Compensation: $48,000 - $55,000 per year + commission Job Type: Full-time (evenings and weekends as required) Extended health care Dental and vision care Disability insurance On-site parking About the Role The 5 Star Water Management & Sales Training Program is an accelerated, entry-level leadership program designed to prepare high-potential professionals for a Business and Sales Management role within 1224 months . Successful candidates will be eligible to advance into an Assistant Business Manager position after completing the initial 12-week training program . Throughout the program, you will work closely with the Business Manager to help oversee a well stablished business , gaining handson experience in leadership, operations, sales strategy, and team development. What Youll Do Thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment. Represent innovative products that resonate with and excite customers. Develop in-depth product knowledge to deliver tailored customer solutions. Support daily store and business operations while achieving sales targets. Maintain high visual merchandising and promotional display standards. Monitor inventory levels and manage order tracking. Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and profitability. Prepare and communicate sales reports and performance updates. Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction levels. Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team environment. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and loss prevention procedures. Assist with employee training, development, scheduling, and performance management. Address and resolve customer and employee concerns professionally and promptly. Minimum Qualifications 35 years of experience in a relevant professional role. College diploma or university degree completed prior to program start. Availability to work weekdays and occasional weekends (minimal weekend requirement). Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic level) Valid, unrestricted drivers license with clean record. Legally authorized to work in Canada. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs frequently and up to +100 lbs occasionally (with or without reasonable accommodation) Preferred Qualifications 1+ year of experience in retail, sales, or customer service 1+ year of leadership or team supervision experience Experience selling/servicing water treatment or related products Familiarity with scheduling or field service software (e.g., FieldPulse, ServiceTitan) #J-18808-Ljbffr
