Were looking for a motivated individual with existing experience in commercial HVAC, plumbing, or electrical, who is also eager to pursue an additional apprenticeship in one of these trades to work toward earning a second ticket. Review building plans and assist in ductwork layout, cutting, and installation. Help with fitting and securing piping and duct connections between HVAC units. Perform testing to ensure systems are properly sealed and functioning.Follow all municipal, provincial, and federal codes during installations and repairs. Use a range of tools and equipment safely and correctly. Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work procedures. Maintain care of company tools, vehicles, and assets. Be open to travel for out-of-town jobs as needed. What You Bring Journeyman certificate in Sheet Metal Required: Additional experience or comfort in plumbing or electrical work. Valid Drivers License with clean abstract. Ability to read technical drawings and follow SOPs. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A focus on safety and quality workmanship. Willingness to take initiative and meet deadlines. Working Conditions Field-based role with exposure to varying environmental conditions. Involves physical tasks including lifting, kneeling, and climbing. Must be able to work from heights and in awkward spaces when needed.
