Management Development Program - Sandale We are currently hiring fulltime Management Development Program Trainees. Fulltime position. Compensation: CAD 52,500 per year. Role As a Management Trainee, you will progress through a 4phase program to learn all aspects of our business, from shipping and receiving to counter sales, operations management, employee development, and more. You will develop a sales territory, provide worldclass customer service, and receive guidance from current managers. Program Outline: Phase 1 (12 months): Warehouse and Customer Service Build product knowledge, gain handson logistical experience, learn about customer service, counter sales, order management, inventory, pricing controls, credit management and financial statements. Phase 2 (12 months): Customer Relationships and Procurement Transition to managing largescale projects, build vendor relationships, read blueprint drawings, create material quotes. Phase 3 (1518 months): Account Management and Proactive Sales Focus on business development, new business opportunities, selling products, negotiating contracts, and expanding the customer base. Phase 4 (3 months): Leadership and Operations Provide a strategic vision, lead a team, mentor others, run the business, focus on leadership competencies, coaching, and strategy. Upon completion youll be ready to manage one of our Canadian profit center locations.
