Role Overview As a Night Leader (Team Leader Trainee) at Princess Auto you will help create a fun, safe and unique shopping experience for our customers. You will spend your day leading Team Members in your department to complete store plans and tasks, respond to Team Member and customer inquiries with categoryspecific product knowledge, support onthejob training and development of Team Members, maintain a safe and respectful work environment, and manage loss prevention processes. You will also merchandise product and ensure the warehouse is kept tidy, product is stored safely and inventory is allocated correctly. Your hours of work will generally be 6:00pm to 2:30am.
