Step into the role of Senior Inspector, overseeing key inspections for expansive highway construction projects in Ontario. Bring technical prowess and keen oversight to ensure project success and compliance. In this position, you will report to the Contract Administrator and perform a variety of inspections. Your duties will include evaluating contractors'' methods and materials, ensuring compliance with contract documents, and facilitating environmental protection measures. You will also oversee and mentor junior inspectors, maintaining a proactive approach to construction progress reporting. Key Responsibilities: Conduct independent field inspections for highway projects Validate contractor compliance with contract specifications Ensure environmental measures are actively implemented Execute materials testing and record findings accurately Supervise and provide guidance to Junior Inspectors Requirements: rcsi certification with OACETT required 3 years of MTO or Municipal project experience Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills needed Strong communication skills, both written and oral Valid Class G drivers licence and vehicle required Elevate standards across highway projects and lead field inspections with confidence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
