Engage with customers, troubleshoot complex issues, and enhance their operational experience through remote assistance and expert guidance. In this full-time role, youll provide support across mechanical, electrical, and software domains for a leading robotics manufacturer. You will manage customer interactions through various channels while collaborating with engineers and technicians to resolve challenges. Developing in-depth product knowledge will empower you to aid internal teams and improve customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical assistance via phone, email, and chat Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues Manage support tickets and customer repairs Document case notes in CRM for tracking Generate quotes and invoices for service requests Requirements: Experience in customer support or technical roles Strong understanding of robotics systems is a plus Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems Willingness to participate in on-call support Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Support innovation in underwater robotics while ensuring an exceptional experience for customers through efficient troubleshooting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
