Job Description

Client Experience Manager As the primary point of contact for clients, the Client Experience Manager will manage the full client lifecyclefrom onboarding and account maintenance to coordinating exclusive events and charitable initiatives. The role works closely with Portfolio Administrators and Family Wealth Advisors, providing analytical support and meticulous documentation required to deliver tailored financial strategies. Beyond client service, the candidate acts as a hub for office operations, managing premises logistics and internal communications with a proactive approach to drive the teams collective success. Key Responsibilities Client Support: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service; ongoing relationship management including servicing daily adhoc client and Portfolio Administrator requests. Client Events: Coordinate and support client event initiatives, and act as key contact representative for promotional and charitable events. Account Management: Assist in opening, closing, and maintenance of client accounts, including processing paperwork and coordinating with custodians and financial institutions. Financial Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to support Family Wealth Advisors in developing comprehensive financial plans and investment strategies tailored to each clients goals and risk tolerance. Documentation: Prepare and review documents such as financial statements, investment proposals, and performance reports for accuracy and compliance. Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative tasks, including data entry, file maintenance, and calendar management to ensure efficient operations; ensure complete client paperwork, follow up on deficiencies, set up and monitor account transfers to completion. Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining accurate records and documentation. Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners to facilitate smooth interactions and resolve issues promptly. Professional Development: Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices through ongoing training and professional development opportunities, including obtaining licensing and designations. Premises Management: Act as primary liaison with premisesrelated service providers, including timely payment of all invoices. Relationship Management: Liaise with and respond to requests from clients, Portfolio Administrators, and Family Wealth Advisors. Qualifications Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite, CRM software, portfolio management, and accounting software. Knowledge and application of AML procedures; prior training an asset. Canadian Securities Course or other industry or college courses in the area of financial services or investment management is an asset. Collaborative spirit and comfortable working both in a team environment and on individually assigned tasks. Postsecondary education in business is an asset but not a requirement. Prior experience working with and for HighNetWorth private clients is an asset. Previous experience in a similar role within the financial services industry is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Detailoriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Compensation & Working Conditions Salary Range: $60,000 $70,000 annually, with bonus potential; compensation determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Primarily remote, but must be able to report to the Peterborough Family Wealth office as needed. Some travel may be required.
