We are currently looking for aCustoms Coordinatorto join Radiant and be part of our dynamic team.Must be available to work on-call weeknights and weekends as required. HYBRID WORK MODEL : Work in the office at 1280 Courtneypark Drive E, Mississauga every Monday Wednesday and Thursday. Work from home Tuesday and Fridays. Note: Work in the office fulltime starting July 2026. What Youll Do: Coordinate the customs clearance of ocean, air and ground freight including LVS courier freight. Prepare EDI and manual release requests and ensure they include all modes of transport for various commodities. Ensure all documentation and filings are in accordance with customs rules and regulations. Complete all entries and confirm goods to ensure no penalties with customs. Organize and classify shipments. Examine shipments and utilize the Harmonized Commodity Description and Coding System (HS codes) to classify each one. Advise customers of tax and tariff payments for imports. Resolve issues related to over or under payment of taxes and duty. Monitor shipments to ensure customs compliance and expedited releases. Provide proactive customer service and handle all internal and external customer customs inquiries. Gather all required document to ensure shipments are cleared with no delays or issues. Ensure timely and accurate customs invoicing. Work with Administration to resolve any discrepancies. Review files and complete B2 corrections in CARM. Provide customer service and information for commodities that may be regulated by Participating Government Agency. Audit CAD and commercial documents to ensure accuracy and compliance. Update CUSMA and FTA tariff database and ensure updated documents are received by the customers. Respond to customer inquiries regarding tariff classification, duty rates and GST. Gather information and process Single Window IID shipments. Identify if shipments are subject to SIMA. Advise the customers of SIMA charges if required. Update CAD documents. Be available on-call for customs clearance and any customs related issues after hours and weekends. Other duties and assignments as required. What You Bring to the Role: Minimum 2 years Customs Brokerage experience with customs ratings and classifications Excellent knowledge of Canadian tariffs and trade laws, rules and regulations. Experience with CBSA Assessment and Revenue Management CARM. Working knowledge of transportation management software (i.e. Cargowise). Strong knowledge with CARM Client Portal. Dedicated commitment to providing superior internal and external customer service. Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Highly organized with the ability to multi-task. Analytical, accurate and detail oriented. Ability to work well under pressure in a time sensitive environment. Ability to travel within GTA (5%). Work on-call weeknights and weekends as required.
