You can work from home and be located anywhere in Canada. About The Role As a key member of the Solution Assurance team, the Maestro Guardian Delivery Manager understands our customers most pressing business challenges and drives their success by addressing complex supply chain management challenges through Kinaxis Maestro deployments. This role partners closely with customers and system integrators on partnerled Maestro deployments, leveraging supply chain management and process engineering expertise, advanced analytics, and AIenabled tools to guide solution design, proactively mitigate risk, and accelerate value realization. What you will do Partner with customers and system integrators to align current supply chain processes to a futurestate vision enabled by Kinaxis Maestro, ensuring business value realization. Collaborate with Solution Architects to validate solution blueprints, incorporating industry best practices, process engineering expertise, and Maestro capabilities. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including Csuite leaders, translating strategic objectives into actionable delivery plans and measurable outcomes. Lead crossfunctional project teams across multiple concurrent engagements (34), driving alignment, accountability, and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor deployment health through KPIs and predictive risk identification, proactively mitigating technical, operational, and organizational risks. Champion change management and value articulation, ensuring stakeholder adoption and alignment with Kinaxis methodologies. What we are looking for Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, IT, demand planning, or related disciplines, including 5+ years in progressive project or delivery management roles. Deep expertise in supply chain management processes, tactical and operational planning, and bestpractice functional solutions. Strong data and AI fluency, including the ability to leverage advanced analytics, dashboards, SQL, and AIenabled tools to drive evidencebased decisionmaking and deployment health. Demonstrated leadership and stakeholder influence skills, with the ability to guide crossfunctional teams and engage senior executives. Advanced analytical, systems thinking, and change management capabilities, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity. Highly organized and executionoriented, capable of managing multiple concurrent engagements in fastpaced environments. Role Specific Skills And Experience Intermediate knowledge of Maestro solution functionality. Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to present information engagingly to a diverse audience. Excellent influencing skills, even without direct authority. Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work well across all levels in the organization. Ability to build strong relationships and credibility with internal and external stakeholders.
