As our Account Manager & BLV Product Specialist, youll learn about our products and market by focusing on strengthening relationships with our existing clients. Once youre settled in, youll have the opportunity to take a lead role in expanding our presence across Ontario and Canada, working with school boards, educators, clinicians, and organizations that rely on BLV tools and services. Key Responsibilities Build and deepen relationships with our existing clients, ensuring they feel supported and informed. Develop a prospecting strategy to reach new school boards, educators, clinics, and accessibility teams. Understand customer needs and present solutions that align with their priorities, timelines, and purchasing cycles in both the public and private sectors. Collaborate with Product Management and Marketing to shape our BLV product offerings and support marketing materials. Work closely with Customer Service to ensure both the smooth onboarding of new clients and troubleshooting, and longterm satisfaction of our existing customer base. The experience and attributes were looking for Sales or account management experience with a consultative, relationshipdriven approach. Background (or genuine interest) in assistive technology, special education, or tools for diverse learners. Experience working with or selling to school boards, educators, or therapy/clinical environments. Postsecondary education related to special education, AAC, sight enhancement/substitution technologies, or disability support would be a significant advantage. Strong planning, organization, and analytical skills. Independent thinker with solid problemsolving abilities. Team player who values longterm relationships and understands the needs of educators and clinicians. Excellent communication and presentation skills; French is an asset. Proficiency with MS Office. Work Location This is a hybrid role. Youll need to be able to spend some time in our Scarborough office during your onboarding and orientation and then transition to primarily remote work and visits to clients. A functional home office and access to a car are required. The role includes regular travel within Ontario and occasional travel across Canada with all appropriate mileage and travelrelated expenses covered.
