A rapidly growing, Canadian-owned quick service restaurant brand is seeking an experienced, highly creative Graphic Designer to play a key role in shaping and evolving its brand presence across Canada and international markets. The successful candidate will bring proven in-house or agency experience and the ability to confidently lead design from concept through production. Working within an established and growing marketing team, this individual will influence brand storytelling across digital, print, in-store environments, and emerging channels. From national campaigns to new store openings, social content to in-store merchandising, this role requires both conceptual strength and production precision. The salary range is $60,000-80,000K Description Lead and execute assigned design projects within established brand standards and style guidelines across print, digital, social, in-store materials, menu boards, and physical retail environments Translate creative briefs into compelling concepts aligned with marketing objectives and brand positioning Contribute to multi-touchpoint campaign development in collaboration with brand and social teams Develop rough layouts, mockups, and final production-ready artwork files Adapt and evolve existing creative assets while maintaining consistency Oversee print checks and ensure proper file preparation across traditional and digital media specifications Support company-wide design needs, including presentations, trade materials, signage, internal communications, and event collateral Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers as required Write copy for select creative materials and audio spots as needed Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to ensure content remains relevant and contemporary Manage digital asset organization and maintain best-in-class file management practices Requirements 46+ years of professional graphic and/or video design experience in an in-house brand or agency environment Experience within the QSR or multi-unit retail sector is strongly preferred A strong portfolio demonstrating campaign work, retail execution, and brand storytelling Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, CC Libraries) Strong typography, layout, and print production expertise Excellent photo retouching skills Experience with web design platforms (WordPress, Wix, CMS) and basic HTML/CSS knowledge are considered strong assets Photography skills and familiarity with emerging design tools (including AI-based platforms) are assets Experience supporting international brand standards is advantageous Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capability Highly detail-oriented with uncompromising quality standards Professional, mature judgment in managing brand-sensitive materials Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills Confident communicator with strong written and verbal English skills Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Self-directed, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of creative outcomes Contact Miriam Ronen at or submit your resume in confidence below. #J-18808-Ljbffr
