The Opportunity The Physio Therapist assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates physical therapy aimed at restoring and maintaining residents'' independence, preventing disability, and enabling purposeful engagement within their environment. What Is In It For You Assess and reassess residents to identify issues and rehabilitation needs. Establish goals, develop, and document individual care and treatment plans. Maintain communication with the multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent care. Maintain residents statistics. Develop, review, and update policies for the Rehab Department. May supervise employees or volunteers. Ensure a safe working environment with proper equipment and conditions. What You Will Need Graduate of an approved Canadian school of Physiotherapy. Member in good standing with the Alberta College of Physiotherapists. AADL Authorizer status is an asset. Experience with MDS and/or RAI. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
