About the Role We have an exciting opportunity to support our Analytics team as Manager, Operations & Business Analytics based in Toronto. The Manager of Operations & Business Analytics role leverages data and analytics to support operational performance, improve franchisee profitability, and guide decisionmaking across the Canadian business. This role is suited for someone who thrives in a fastpaced environment, is naturally curious, and enjoys using data to solve complex business problems in partnership with Operations and crossfunctional teams. Responsibilities Partner with Field Operations to evaluate performance trends and provide actionable insights that support market growth, sales, traffic, productivity, and profitability Build and maintain operational reporting, dashboards, and tools that streamline analysis and improve visibility into business performance Provide partial analytical support to Marketing, including KPI tracking, campaign performance reporting, and marketlevel insights to support strategy Collaborate crossfunctionally across Operations, Marketing, HR, and Finance to align on KPIs, ensure data consistency, and support decisionmaking Support test markets and pilots through data collection, forecasting, pre/post test analysis, and recommendations that inform national launch decisions Contribute to data quality, process improvements, and analytics best practices across the organization Collaborate with Global partners to share learnings and best practices Provide adhoc decisionsupport to business leaders as needed Qualifications Bachelors degree in Analytics, Business, Math, Statistics or related field required. 3-5 years of experience in analytics, business insights, or business intelligencepreferably in consumer-facing, retail, or multi-unit businesses Advanced ability in SQL and Excel are required; proficiency with BI tools like Alteryx and Tableau, as well as statistical programs like R and Python are considered an asset Strong business and data analytics acumen with the ability to simplify complex data into clear business outcomes Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to operate in a fastpaced and dynamic environment Strong relationshipbuilding and influencing skills Experience in QSR, retail, or multiunit environments considered an asset Interpersonal, relationship-building and networking skills with a self-motivated attitude to work Language requirements: Fluent in English any additional language a plus. Compensation: The base pay range for this role is $90,600 $113,200 CAD annually Pay within this range will be determined in good faith based on job-related factors, which may include skills, experience, education/training, location, and internal equity.
