About the Role This is a high-impact, hands-on role for a marketer who thrives on both strategy and execution. Youll take ownership of our marketing efforts, building campaigns, optimizing performance, and strengthening our brand and driving revenue as we continue to grow. What Youll Do Lead the development and execution of the annual marketing plan Plan and launch integrated campaigns across digital, social, email, print, radio, and TV Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI Manage relationships with external partners, including agencies, contractors, and media reps Oversee brand guidelines and maintain a consistent, high-quality creative presence Manage and optimize the company website and social media channels Track and report on key performance indicators including ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, and revenue by channel Ensure accurate tracking and attribution across campaigns (Google Analytics 4, Meta pixel, etc.) Ensure all customer-facing content aligns with brand voice and positioning Develop strategies to increase repeat bookings and customer lifetime value Support brand growth and expansion into new tourism opportunities Occasionally travel on tours to oversee and direct photo/video content creation What You Bring 5+ years professional experience in a marketing role Proven experience managing digital campaigns with Google Ads and Meta Ads Strong analytical skills with experience using data to track performance Ability to independently plan, execute, and manage multiple campaigns Experience working with external partners, agencies, or consultants Familiarity with email marketing and CRM platforms Experience in content creation or creative direction Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or communications is preferred; an equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
