Compensation The base salary for this role ranges between $ 63,040 - $ 86,680, with eligibility for an incentive target of 5% which is contingent upon achieving both individual and company performance objectives. Position Summary The Compensation and Benefits Analyst is part of a global human resources team and provides daytoday support for the Company''s compensation and benefits programs requirements, including data integrity in Success Factors, data feeds, vendor fees and billing, system validation, and data analysis and reports. The analyst will keep databases up to date, including Market Pay for compensation surveys, JDX for job descriptions. In addition, the analyst will partner with the benefits administrator to cover daytoday activities in their absence. The analyst will focus on process improvements and update documentation as needed. Job Responsibilities (You Will) Assist in conducting market research and analysis to help benchmark compensation practices. Support the evaluation of job descriptions and salary structures. Maintain job description database in JDX. Assist in compensation survey submission and maintain survey data in Market Pay. Provide daytoday support in maintaining data integrity in Success Factors and other systems as required. Assist in updating and publishing plan documents in Service Now. Process invoices related to compensation and benefits programs. Ensure timely and accurate payment to vendors. Assist in the implementation of new benefits programs and administrative processes. Provide support for other compensation and benefits related projects to support the Total Rewards function and business objectives. Partner with and provide backup to others on the Total Rewards team as required.
