Admissions & Communications Manager - Bloomsbury Academy About the Role: We are hiring an Admissions & Communications Manager - Bloomsbury Academy to lead enrollment growth and manage the full admissions process across locations. This is not a traditional administrative role. The position is best suited for someone who understands admissions as: a pipeline to manage and optimize, a conversion process to improve, and a high-touch client experience to deliver at a premium level. The candidate will own the full admissions funnel from first inquiry through enrollment, while implementing a CRM and building scalable processes that can be replicated across multiple campuses. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in admissions, sales, or client-facing roles who are comfortable managing a pipeline, improving conversion rates, and working with CRM systems. Bloomsbury Academy is a premium private childcare and preschool in Toronto, serving children from 18 months to 6 years. Following the successful launch of our first location, we are entering a significant growth phase - opening our second campus in September 2026, with two additional locations planned for 2027. As we are a highly collaborative team, the successful candidate will be required to work on-site full-time. This position is being created to support anticipated growth. The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000, plus a competitive performance-based annual bonus, based on skills and experience. Responsibilities: Own enrollment targets and occupancy outcomes across all locations Manage and optimize the full admissions funnel (inquiry tour enrollment) Improve conversion rates through structured follow-up, strong tour experiences, and effective communication Identify and resolve funnel bottlenecks using data and observation Maintain and strategically manage waitlists Lead the implementation and ongoing optimization of a CRM system Build workflows for inquiry handling, follow-ups, tour scheduling, and onboarding Ensure accurate tracking of all leads, stages, and conversion metrics Develop reporting dashboards to provide visibility into enrollment performance Train school teams on CRM usage and best practices Communications & Family Experience Deliver a highly responsive, professional, and relationship-driven experience for prospective families Lead all admissions-related communication (email, phone, tours) Develop templates, scripts, and communication standards Clearly articulate Bloomsburys value proposition to families evaluating private vs. subsidized options Process Development & Scalability Build and document standardized admissions processes across locations Create systems that can scale efficiently as new campuses open Support new site launches with admissions setup, training, and pipeline development Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and consistency Qualifications and Experiences: 5+ years in admissions, sales, customer success, or a related field Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets (enrollment, sales, or revenue) Experience working in a high-touch, service-based environment Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Procare, Kindertales or similar) Experience implementing or significantly improving workflows and automation Strong understanding of pipeline tracking and conversion metrics Comfortable owning outcomes - not just processes Skilled at follow-up, objection handling, and guiding decision-making Understands how to improve conversion rates at each stage of the funnel Experience creating processes, templates, or systems from scratch Thrives in a growing, evolving organization Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented Why Bloomsbury Academy and Fitzrovia: Bloomsbury Academy is a high-quality learning program with a beautifully designed learning space, a dedicated playground, and a gymnasium conveniently located within Fitzrovia Collection communities.
