Supply Chain Analyst Responsibilities Replenishment & Inventory Management Plan and execute inventory replenishment across all distribution centers, including Amazon, local products, spare parts and autogenous vaccine RM. Apply appropriate replenishment logic based on demand patterns, seasonality, and service level targets. Monitor inventory levels across all locations to prevent shortages, excess and writeoff. Plan and coordinate stock transfers between warehouses to balance inventory and ensure availability. Optimize working capital while maintaining target service performance. Maintain optimal Amazon inventory levels to support sales targets, manage storage capacity, delivery scheduling and prevent stockout. Collaborate with Commercial, Procurement, and Operations to support demand forecasting and inventory planning. Partner with internal teams (e.g., Gallant) to optimize autogenous vaccine inventory of raw materials and consumables. Inventory Control, Data Analytics & Reporting Lead the monthly inventory reconciliation process between 3PL warehouses and the JDA system. Maintain and update supply chain master data in JDE with a high level of accuracy. Monitor and manage local code transitions to ensure data integrity and smooth implementation. Collaborate with 3PL partners, Finance, and suppliers to investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions. Ensure accurate ERP transactions, including receipts, transfers, and inventory adjustments. Lead the backorder monitoring process, consolidate data, and deliver weekly updates to the Leadership Team. Develop ad hoc analyses to support operational needs and strategic decisionmaking. Build and maintain reports, KPIs, dashboards, and datasets that enable datadriven insights (e.g., forecast accuracy, inventory turns, service level, OTIF, fill rate). Conduct root cause analyses to identify drivers of supply disruptions and performance gaps. Support regulatory and government reporting requirements. Identify and recommend opportunities to reduce cost, improve warehouse efficiency, and enhance overall service performance. Pricing Management Manage pricing in JDE, ensuring timely, accurate updates across all products and channels. Implement approved price changes, promotions, and discounts, validating all data for accuracy and compliance. Ensure consistent application of commercial pricing policies across business units. Support internal and external audits, providing documentation and ensuring compliance with pricing governance. Process improvements Lead or participate in annual process improvement initiatives. Improve replenishment tools and processes across Amazon, spare parts, local products, and the autogenous vaccine site. Identify and drive improvements in pricing tools, processes, reporting, and data quality. Support adhoc supply chain projects as required. Troubleshoot problems as they occur to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Economics or related field. 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, purchasing or replenishment planning. Advanced to expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, modeling, reporting). Experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards preferred). APICS/CPIM certification (completed or in progress) is an asset. Experience in a regulated or pharmaceutical environment is an asset. Strong analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills.
