Diverse Responsibilities: Work on a variety of building systems, ensuring smooth operations and resolving challenges. What Youll Do Operate and maintain building systems including HVAC, boilers, chillers, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient performance. Troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively, keeping facilities running smoothly and minimizing downtime. Perform routine maintenance tasks, inspections, and repairs. Ensure compliance and safety follow regulations, building codes, and company policies to maintain a safe environment for all occupants. Collaborate with teams work closely with other operators, caretakers, and supervisors while supporting various site needs. What Are We Looking For? A selfstarter who takes initiative and problemsolves independently. Curious, adaptable team players willing to participate in an oncall rotation. 4th Class Power Engineering Certificate (required). Minimum 2 years of building operator experience. Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, BAS, and life safety systems. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Comfortable using new technology and innovative tools. Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook. Exposure to Office365 and PowerBI; an asset.
