Join a dedicated Operating Room team as a Unit Aide. Contribute to efficient care by managing supplies and assisting surgical patients on a part-time basis in a dynamic setting. In this Permanent Part-Time position, you will work rotating shifts and play a key role in operations. Responsibilities include stocking areas with necessary medical supplies, transporting items, and ensuring patients are escorted to pre-op areas. Your efforts will streamline the surgical process and enhance patient experience. Key Responsibilities: Stock and replenish supplies in the Operating Room Transport sterile and unsterile materials efficiently Guide patients to appropriate locations Report any equipment malfunctions immediately Collaborate with volunteers for smooth patient transitions Requirements: Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent 2 years of related supply experience in a hospital Mandatory MDR or Sterile Supply Processing certificate Strong knowledge of medical supplies Capability to lift up to 30 pounds safely Your role as a Unit Aide will support the health teams mission of delivering high-quality patient care in the Operating Room. #J-18808-Ljbffr
