Why This Role? As a New Business Development Specialist, youll be on the front lines of growth, connecting with business leaders and introducing them to smarter, more effective benefits solutions. Youll identify highpotential prospects and book meetings for our licensed advisors, playing a critical role in helping organizations better support their people. While this role is ideally suited for candidates located in the Barrie area, we welcome applications from qualified individuals across Ontario. Remote arrangements may be considered for candidates outside the Barrie area who are a strong fit for the team. What Youll Do Identify and prospect highpotential businesses across Canada Initiate outreach through phone and email to start meaningful conversations Qualify leads and book appointments for our licensed sales advisors Track outreach activity, followups, and outcomes in our CRM Collaborate with teammates to share strategies, improve performance, and achieve team goals Weve Got Your Back Youll be set up for success with a dedicated trainer, structured onboarding, and a proven playbook.
