Summary The Product Manager, Electrical & Plumbing is an individual contributor product leader responsible for the commercial performance and lifecycle management of Enercares Electrical portfolio (e.g., generator, battery/backup, EV charging) and related Electrical/Plumbing plans. The role owns portfolio planning, vendor strategy, pricing/positioning, and GTM execution in partnership with Marketing, Sales, Field Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain. The ideal candidate has experience in product management, strong financial and business acumen, strategic thinking skills, and thrives in a cross-functional environment. Experience in durable goods, home services, or recurring revenue models is a strong asset. As an industry undergoing massive shifts in technology and competition, a desire to learn, lead and win is a must. Responsibilities Support the development and execution of the product roadmap for Electrical and Plumbing solutions (Plumbing scope is primarily focused on plan design, coverage economics, pricing, and service enablement) Monitor product performance and customer trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement Lead initiatives related to pricing, positioning, and lifecycle optimization and Go to Market, including strong focus on leveraging the portfolio to expand multi-product household penetration. Own vendor strategy including selection, onboarding, performance scorecards (cost, quality, warranty, OTD), and ongoing commercial alignment to portfolio margin and customer outcomes. Assist in managing the product category continuity, working with various channel owners to deliver unit additions, while also managing customer attrition through insights & analysis Assist in managing the product category P&L and contribute to forecasting and margin analysis Develop business cases for new product introductions and enhancements Collaborate with Finance and Supply Chain to monitor cost structures and profitability Qualifications 46 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field Strong analytical and financial skills, with experience supporting P&L and business case development Experience working with electrical equipment portfolios (backup power, storage, EVSE, load management) or adjacent home electrification categories. Working knowledge of certifications/standards and go-to-market readiness requirements (e.g., product approvals, safety certification pathways, installation constraints) Experience operating in a services led, multivendor, or partner driven product environment is strongly preferred. High technical proficiency, with the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Exceptional verbal & written communication and presentation skills to multiple audience types, including Senior-level executives and field teams. Experience in home services, utilities or energy sector being an asset Compensation Compensation: $74,817 - $118,211 Please note that the compensation range listed includes base salary and potential incentive pay. Incentives such as bonuses are not guaranteed and depend on individual performance and company results.
