Sunbelt Rentals, the fastestgrowing rental company in North America, is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to join our Climate Control Services division. In this role, you will be responsible for renting and selling our full portfolio of portable air conditioners, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, and temporary heaters within an assigned territory. Your customers will include commercial organizations, contractors, and event companies who rely on Sunbelt for missioncritical environmental control solutions. What Youll Do Grow and manage a territory by developing new business and expanding existing customer relationships. Partner closely with teams across Sunbelts General Tool and Specialty Divisions to deliver turnkey, multisolution rentals. Work handinhand with internal Sales Reps and Managers to drive deeper customer penetration and maximize opportunities. Serve as a trusted advisor, using a solutionsbased approach to recommend the right products for each unique customer challenge. Why Youll Love Working Here Build a longterm career path. What You Bring Education & Experience Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent industry experience. 2+ years of direct sales experience. Valid drivers license in good standing and proof of auto insurance. Experience in project management, new business development, and customer retention. Familiarity with equipment rental or HVAC industries (preferred). Skills & Abilities Proven success using a solutionselling approach. Ability to succeed in a highvolume sales environment. Strong communication, customer service, and relationshipbuilding skills. Physical Requirements This role may require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25+ pounds, and working in both indoor and outdoor environments.
