Take on a transformative role as an RN Clinical Leader overseeing evening nursing operations. Ensure high-quality resident care and staff effectiveness in a Long-Term Care setting. This role, under the guidance of the Director of Nursing, requires strong clinical judgment and the capability to manage multiple priorities during high-pressure situations. You will supervise nursing staff, promote a safe care environment, and make critical administrative decisions during off-shift hours, all while fostering effective communication with interdisciplinary teams.
