DHL Supply Chain is hiring a Group Coordinator Lead in Brantford, ON. This fulltime role combines handson forklift operations with team leadership and administrative coordination. Shift: MondayThursday, 10pm8am; Saturday, 7am3pm Pay: $24.50 per hour Key Responsibilities Operate a standup counterbalance forklift for approximately 6080% of each shift Load and unload trailers; assist with case picking by hand up to 50 lbs Lead by example and enforce operations aligned with DHL''s safety expectations and company policies Assume overall responsibility for the shift in the absence of a supervisor Conduct training for new associates and monitor their progress Maintain legible and accurate records and logs Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates Manage administrative tasks including shift setup, email, phone communication, and data entry Open and/or close the building as directed; report unsafe conditions Run the Saturday shift on a rotational basis Requirements 612 months of warehouse experience 612 months of forklift operation experience Forklift operator certificate or completion of forklift training within 30 days of employment (preferred) High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred) Administrative skills including data entry, email management, and scheduling Positive and understanding attitude with ability to lead a team Benefits Medical and dental coverage, basic life and AD&D insurance, shortterm and longterm disability, paid time off, paid holidays, retirement savings plans (DCPP, RRSP, TFSA), optional life and critical illness insurance, and education reimbursement program. #J-18808-Ljbffr
