Job Description

Job Overview We are hiring fulltime Management Development Program Trainees at EMCO Corporation. The position is a salaried role with a comprehensive benefits package, base salary of $52,500 plus profit sharing, and a possibility of relocation across Canada. Program Outline Phase 1 (12months): Warehouse and Customer Service Gain product knowledge, learn logistics, and handle customer service, order management, inventory, and financial basics. Phase 2 (12months): Customer Relationships and Procurement Manage projects, support customers, and learn blueprint reading and material quoting. Phase 3 (1518months): Account Management and Proactive Sales Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and expand the customer base. Phase 4 (3months): Leadership and Operations Lead a team, mentor others, and develop strategic vision and operational leadership skills. Responsibilities As a Management Trainee you will progress through four phases of the program, interact with customers, develop sales territories, and eventually take on a managerial role at a Canadian Profit Center location.
