We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (English and Spanish) Premium Cigar Product Manager to lead the development, management, and growth of our exclusive cigar, pipe tobacco and RYO portfolio. We are a fast-growing premium cigar company with strong sales across the world. To expand our influence, we are launching our own private label tobacco brands. We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to oversee product development, supplier management, B2B sales, and supply chain operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine passion for premium cigars with strategic product management skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment. As a key driver of our product excellence, you will collaborate across teams to deliver exceptional experiences for our discerning customers while ensuring alignment with market trends and company goals. Your expertise will help elevate our brand presence in the premium cigar industry and expand our reach globally. Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end process of private label cigar or other tobacco products development, from concept to market launch. Directly manage procurement and partnerships with manufacturers in Central America and US. Oversee supply chain planning, production scheduling, and logistics to ensure timely delivery and quality. Create product strategy, including blends, packaging, and pricing, aligned with market trends. Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create a strong brand identity and packaging. Monitor sales performance, analyze customer feedback, and optimize product portfolio. Travel to Central America and U.S. to manage supplier and client relationships. Lead the planning, establishment, and implementation of physical retail stores, covering location selection, design and construction coordination, recruitment and training, and ensuring smooth store launch and operations. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the cigar or other tobacco industry (production, procurement, product management, or sales). Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written). Strong understanding of cigar products, industry standards, and supply chain operations. Proven experience with B2B sales in the tobacco or premium consumer goods industry. Demonstrated ability to work with Central American manufacturers. Strong negotiation, vendor management, and cross-cultural communication skills. Must be able to travel (domestic and international, especially Central America).
