What Youll Do Efficiently pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with care to achieve ontime delivery to customers. Pack orders with attention to detail, including distinguishing between similarly named products, exact quantity, and correct product codes. Ensure that picked products are of the highest quality (no damaged products, freshest product selection, etc.). Correctly document and label all orders through interpretation of pick slips, packaging details, shipping labels, etc. Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a spaceefficient manner while maintaining product quality standards. Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and provide service to help resolve issues. Maintain strict adherence to safety and food hygiene standards, including a clean work area, immediate cleanup of spills, and ensuring totes are clean before packing. Operate material handling equipment safely and complete safety preinspections before use. Demonstrate behaviors that support the organizations mission and core values. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to procedures, productivity standards, safety, and quality; demonstrate flexibility in completing/adjusting to work assignments based on customer requests and delivery schedules. Minimum rate of pay starts from $17.75 per hour.
