Overview Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fastpaced, indoor/outdoor position in which partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Key Responsibilities Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers. Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns. Grow existing customer base by upselling and crossselling additional products and services. Negotiate service agreement renewals and control inventory while working professionally and safely. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Qualifications Valid, full, unrestricted drivers license for operating a vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Physical ability to meet the jobs requirements. High School diploma, GED, or Military Service. Strong customer service orientation. Selfmotivation and teamwork skills.
