Position This role is an Auto Insurance Trainee position that requires a Wednesday to Sunday schedule. As an Auto Insurance Trainee, youll play a key role in driving business success by actively selling insurance solutions, meeting performance targets, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, teammates, and auto dealership partners Actively promote and sell ICBC and private insurance products to meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets Process a variety of auto insurance transactions, including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, debt payments, and more Upsell and crosssell additional insurance products to add value for clients and drive performance metrics Support your branch by taking phone calls, managing administrative tasks, and restocking inventory Qualifications A selfstarter mentality with a strong drive to exceed performance and sales goals Confident, outgoing personality and a customerfirst approach Detailoriented and organizedcapable of multitasking under pressure Reliable and accountablesomeone your team can count on Thrives in a collaborative, highenergy environment High school diploma or equivalent Level 1 Insurance License is an assetbut not required Salary & Benefits The expected salary range is $40,000 to $48,000, which will be impacted by the successful candidates skills, experience, working location, and specific positions business line, scope, and level.
