Diva International Inc. (DIVA) is looking for a Digital Content & Social Specialist who will bring DIVAs brand and campaigns to life through highperforming, socialfirst content. This handson creator and executor will produce engaging digital content, manage daytoday social channels, and support campaign rollouts across owned and paid channels. Content Creation & Social Execution Oversee and manage an agency partner responsible for the daytoday publishing of content across all social channels, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with brand voice and regulatory standards. Maintain and manage the social content calendar in alignment with campaign priorities, product launches, and cultural moments. Create and produce highperforming, socialfirst content including shortform video, graphics, and copy for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Monitor platform trends, emerging formats, and cultural conversations to inform content creation and improve relevance and reach. Serve as the primary daytoday point of contact for UGC creators, managing communications, briefing content needs, and ensuring timely delivery of assets that align with brand values and campaign objectives. Content Performance & Optimization Track and analyze content performance across social and digital channels, identifying topperforming formats, themes, and creators. Apply performance insights to continuously optimize content, improving engagement, reach, and conversion. Monitor competitor activity and category trends to identify opportunities and creative whitespace. Campaign Execution Support Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, ensuring assets are delivered, approved, and deployed on time. Coordinate content and asset delivery across social, email, website, and paid channels. Assist in preparing digital assets and content for product launches, retailer programs, and key brand initiatives. Maintain campaign trackers and proactively flag risks or delays to the Brand Marketing Manager. Influencer & Community Support Support the execution of influencer and creator programs, including coordinating briefs, product seeding, content approvals, and posting schedules. Identify highperforming creators and content styles that align with DIVAs brand and audience. Monitor social conversations, comments, and messages to surface community insights, sentiment, and emerging trends. Content & Asset Coordination Manage and maintain the digital asset library, ensuring all content is organized, versioncontrolled, and accessible. Partner with internal teams and external creators to support the development and delivery of campaign assets. Assist with the creation of supporting content across channels, including blog posts, landing pages, and email content. CrossFunctional Collaboration Collaborate with the eCommerce team to ensure content supports product pages, promotions, and conversion goals. Support Retail Marketing and Sales teams with digital assets and social toolkits for omnichannel activations. Partner with PR and Community teams to amplify brand storytelling and purposedriven initiatives. Contribute to internal reporting, presentations, and campaign recaps as needed. Performance Tracking & Reporting Pull and compile weekly and monthly performance reports across social, content, and email channels. Contribute to postcampaign recaps by summarizing content performance and key learnings. Other Work in accordance with DIVA International Inc.s ISO13485 Quality Management System and Quality Policy. Qualifications 13 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or content marketing, ideally within CPG, beauty, wellness, or a purposedriven brand environment. Handson experience managing social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn), including content scheduling, copywriting, and community engagement. Proficiency with social media scheduling and management tools (e.g., Later, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar). Strong content creation skills, including graphic design basics and shortform video editing (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar tools). Familiarity with email/SMS marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo) and an understanding of best practices for digital engagement. Experience using analytics and reporting tools (Hootsuite, Meta Insights, Google Analytics, TikTok Analytics, Klaviyo, or similar) to track performance and extract insights. Understanding of digital marketing KPIs including reach, engagement rate, CTR, and conversion. Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines simultaneously. Excellent written communication skills with a strong eye for brand voice, tone, and visual consistency.
