Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Retail Team Leader to oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for retail. Duties Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures Assist customers with product inquiries, upselling opportunities, and resolving issues promptly Oversee merchandising efforts to ensure attractive product displays and proper pricing Conduct inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization Perform commercial driving duties for store deliveries or stock transfers as needed Handle heavy lifting of merchandise and supplies safely and efficiently Monitor sales performance and analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities Train new staff members on store policies, customer service standards, and sales techniques Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming shopping environment Skills Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills Proven ability in sales and upselling techniques to maximize revenue Effective organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Knowledge of merchandising principles and pricing strategies Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently Basic math skills for cash handling, pricing adjustments, and inventory counts Experience in commercial driving preferred but not required Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team Excellent organizational skills to ensure smooth store operations This position is integral to delivering an exceptional shopping experience while supporting the stores operational goals.
