Mill Reline Field Service Technician Primary Location: Sudbury, ON, CA We are seeking a Mill Reline Field Service Technician to join our Reline team. You will be responsible for complete execution from preparation to closing report aligned to Metso Methodologies, traveling to remote sites for shutdown services. This position reports to the Manager of Mill Reline. The role is mainly located in Canada but involves up to 80% travel to customer sites. Team you belong to: You will join a team of Field Service Technicians dedicated to service performance, contributing to customer expectations in Safety, Quality, and Timeliness. Our culture focuses on teamwork, solutionorientation, and timely execution. Team members are located in Sudbury (CA) and Burlington (CA). What youll do: Collaborate with the Supervisor to ensure work completion and the field service report is completed. Carry out the services following the methodologies, tools management, procedures, and safety requirements specific to each mine site and transfer this expertise to the Market Area. Assemble the liners according to the execution plan, avoiding deviations and solving unexpected situations diligently. Participate in company strategies, targets, and other initiatives related to Health and Safety, Operations, or Employee wellbeing as defined by management. Be willing to upgrade qualifications with courses and training. Travel for extended periods is an essential part of this role. Observe all safety and general plant rules. Who you are: Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role. Background in heavy construction or mining. Possess and maintain a current motor vehicle license. Experience operating relining power tooling (hydraulic and pneumatic) preferable. Experience working with mine ancillary equipment (overhead crane, forklifts, manlifts, telehandler) preferable. Mill lining knowledge regarding parts manufactured with steel, rubber, polymer, or mega liner preferable.
