Job Title HVAC Technician Overview of Business Unit The HVAC team delivers reactive, project and planned maintenance services nationwide to Cushman & Wakefields nationwide and regional client base. Job Purpose Complete HVAC tasks as required. Key Accountabilities Complete HVAC tasks as required Identify opportunities for new work and elevate to client and/or manager Complete relevant documentation for client invoicing Adhere to HSSEQ policies, procedures and legislative requirements Any other duties as required by your manager Key Measures of Performance All works completed within timeframes to standard required Logon and logoff KPI achievement Completed works accurately recorded and sent to admin team for invoicing within stipulated time frames. Future work identified and escalated to client and/or manager Internal and external customer satisfaction Position Dimensions Ensuring the HVAC division achieves revenue and margin targets.
