Our client is seeking a high-caliber sales leader to drive growth across Western Canada for their portfolio of companies with a particular focus on growth at Alliance Fabricating. This is a senior commercial sales role for someone who knows how to win in demanding industrial markets, build trusted relationships at multiple levels, and turn technical capability into real commercial results. This is not a sales territory maintenance role. It is a strategic revenue growth role. You will lead business development efforts for the company across Western Canada, with a strong focus on opening doors, building strategic accounts, expanding share within key industries, and identifying broader opportunities across the companys RPS Industrial Group platform. The right person will bring strong industrial sales instincts, technical credibility, and the discipline to build a healthy pipeline while staying close to the customer. You will work across estimating, operations, project management, and leadership to help customers solve serious problems and will position their businesses where performance, reliability, and speed matter most. Alliance Fabricating Ltd. (AFL) designs and fabricates complex shell and tube heat exchangers. Engineered for industrial work environments and can deliver in harsh, high pressure, high temperature settings where reliability is critical. AFL was formed in 2011 and is known as being a preeminent Canadian supplier of shell & tube heat exchangers, pressure vessels and specialty products. AFL is ASME compliant construction with rigorous quality control and deep metallurgical expertise. As a supplier to many large multinational energy companies Alliance has developed an excellent reputation for value and quality based on solutions born from experience. AFL facilities are located in Sarnia, ON. This site of about 12 acres has multiple buildings for specialty work along with the main facility that has a 100,000sf shop with heavy lift capacity. Capable of thermal, hydraulic and vibration analysis; precision tube bundle fabrication; using high alloy and corrosion resistant materials with standard or specialty engineered designs. RPSIG is a familyowned industrial platform built to serve complex operating environments across North America. What you will bring..... We are looking for a senior B2B industrial seller with the judgment, presence, and drive to build business in complex markets. The ideal candidate is likely to bring: 8+ years of success in industrial B2B sales, business development, or strategic account growth A strong track record selling engineered, fabricated, or technical industrial solutions Experience working in one or more of the following sectors: Power generation, Petrochemical, Mining and minerals, Industrial manufacturing, Pulp and paper, Heavy industry and Nuclear The ability to navigate complex customer organizations and sell across technical, operational, and commercial stakeholders Strong commercial instincts combined with technical curiosity and sound business judgment A disciplined approach to territory planning, opportunity management, and forecasting A natural ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and move opportunities forward A collaborative style and the maturity to work crossfunctionally inside a performancedriven industrial business Culture Fit & Impact Handson individual who promotes a culture of engagement, collaboration, and connection across all levels of the organization and across the group of companies. You become a trusted commercial bridge between the market and the business. What you will Do... Lead commercial growth for the company across Western Canada. Develop and execute a focused territory growth strategy aligned to sales and margin objectives. Build relationships with key decisionmakers across target accounts, including plant leaders, engineering teams, procurement, project stakeholders, and executive contacts. Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities in core industrial markets. Grow existing accounts by increasing share, strengthening relationships, and uncovering new applications and project opportunities. Position the company early in the buying cycle wherever possible, especially on projects where technical credibility and execution capability are differentiators. Work closely with estimating, project management, operations, and leadership to shape proposals, align solutions to customer needs, and improve win probability. Represent the company in the market as a trusted, responsive, technically credible commercial partner. Identify and develop crossselling opportunities across the company where broader customer needs align with the groups capabilities. Maintain strong pipeline discipline, territory planning, forecasting, and CRM hygiene. Provide market feedback, competitive intelligence, and customer insight to help shape commercial priorities.
