Reporting to the Recruiting Manager and Lead, the Volume Hiring Recruiter is responsible for owning the fullcycle recruitment process for our CORE team. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and leadership to identify, attract, and hire toptier talent. Your primary goal is to build a robust pipeline of high quality customer service to meet our current and future revenue goals. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach, leveraging advanced sourcing techniques and a deep understanding of the client industry and customer service landscape. The ideal candidate is a highly professional, adaptable, and resultsdriven individual with exceptional communication skills. You must be able to thrive in a fastpaced, metricsdriven environment, managing multiple highpriority requisitions simultaneously. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities FullCycle Recruiting: Manage the endtoend hiring process for all assigned roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closing. Stakeholder Partnership: Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers and other departments to deeply understand their hiring needs, define ideal candidate profiles, and ensure alignment on recruiting strategy. Proactive Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a strong pipeline of passive and active talent, utilizing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, and referral programs. Interview & Coordination: Conduct, coordinate, and schedule video call or inperson interviews for candidates with hiring managers, operations leaders, and other stakeholders. Role Calibration: Assist in updating and revisiting position profiles based on calibration with Training, Operations, and the changing needs of the business. Systems & Data Management: Manage the applicant pipeline in Workday. Perform all necessary administrative duties and recordkeeping to ensure all candidate data and information is accurate and uptodate. Offer & Onboarding: Facilitate the preboarding process, including extending offer letters, managing negotiations, and initiating and monitoring background checks. University Recruiting: Coordinate and implement college/university recruiting initiatives, including attending virtual and inperson career fairs. Employer Branding & Networking: Aid public relations in establishing a recognizable ''Great Place to Work'' reputation. Attend local professional meetings and membership development events to represent the company and build our talent network. Required Skills Must have at least 14 years of customer service recruiting experience, preferably in telco, travel or call center environments. Experience in highvolume recruiting. Demonstrated skills in candidate sourcing, pipeline building, and relationship management. Proficient in navigating Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally Workday. Excellent computer skills and highly proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Meet, etc.). Strong attention to detail, especially in database management and record keeping. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills with the ability to work with various departments and foster teamwork. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fastpaced environment. Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner. Ability to maintain the highly confidential nature of recruiting/human resources work. General knowledge of various employment laws and practices. Flexibility in work hours as required to meet the demands of a recruiting deadline. Schedule Fulltime, Monday to Friday, 9hour shifts (9:00AM 6:00PM).
