Oversee comprehensive accounting functions and human resources while fostering strong relationships with residents and staff. Your role involves managing financial operations, supporting HR activities, and serving as the key resource for resident-related financial issues. Utilize your discernment and experience to enhance business processes and community services while ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. Additionally, you will engage in outreach activities to support sales and marketing efforts.
