Silverhill Roofing & Contracting Silverhill Roofing & Contracting is a growing company specializing in roof leak repairs, diagnostics, and complex residential roofing work across the GTA. We are currently hiring a Crew Lead / Driver to run a small repair crew and represent the company on-site. Role Overview This is a hands-on leadership role combining field work, basic client interaction, and day-to-day job execution. You will be responsible for ensuring jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and professionally. Key Responsibilities Lead and complete roof repairs and maintenance work Diagnose common roofing issues (leaks, flashing, ventilation) Drive company van and ensure proper job site setup Communicate clearly with clients on-site in a professional manner Oversee job quality and ensure work meets company standards Manage tools, materials, and daily workflow Assist with light outreach when needed (flyers, basic canvassing) Requirements Valid drivers license and comfortable driving a work van Minimum 23 years roofing or exterior experience Strong understanding of: Shingles and basic leak repair Ladder safety and working at heights Reliable, punctual, and organized Good communication and leadership skills What Were Looking For Someone who can take ownership of the day Confident working independently and leading a helper Professional, respectful, and solution-oriented Interested in growing into a long-term role Opportunity This role is ideal for someone looking to step into a lead position within a growing company , with room to expand into higher responsibility over time.
