Schedule Role will require weekday availability, participation in a rotating weekend schedule, and flexibility to support evening hours in alignment with hospital needs. Mentor and coach Veterinary Technicians to support growth, confidence, and strong performance Provide handson, highquality care in a fastpaced emergency and specialty environment Partner with hospital leadership to improve workflows and patient outcomes Support team members during complex or highstress cases Help build a positive, respectful, and highperforming hospital culture Contribute to training, scheduling, and continuous development initiatives What You Bring Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) with strong clinical skills Previous leadership or mentorship experience preferred A positive attitude, a motivating presence, and a strong commitment to supporting a healthy, collaborative team culture are required Passion for patient care, team development, and continuous learning Strong communication and problemsolving skills Ability to stay calm, focused, and supportive in fastpaced environments About Maritime Veterinary Emergency + Specialty Centre Located in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, our brandnew 24,000 sq. ft. hospital is redefining whats possible in veterinary emergency and specialty care.
