Specifically: communicate with dealers and provide support on various marketing updates update monthly OEM marketing program changes on dealership websites log tickets to Graphic Artists, Journalist, and Videographer to complete initiatives perform various website updates Act as the Point-of-contact for allmarketing-related activities developan annual advertising schedule for each assigned dealership, including Parts, Services, and Sales plan and executeall web SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns design, build, and maintaina social media presence measure and reportthe performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) identifytrends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests collaborate with the internal team to create landing pages and optimize the user experience utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints identify critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimize used funnels collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners evaluate emerging technologies maintain contracts, receipts, and invoices; communicate with dealership managers on current invoice requirements; review reports with respective dealership management About you Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in Marketing, including: 2 to 4 years of proven digital marketing experience in the retail environment; dealership preferred post-secondary education in marketing, advertising or communications proficiency in working with marketing platforms, social media sites, website analytics proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written) strong attention to detail, organized and strategic ability to maintain professionalism ability to work independently and with minimal supervision self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution a desire to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment a proven commitment to quality of work Zanchin Automotive Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive, equitable, and accessible workplace where every team member feels valued, respected, and supported, and has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
