Enhance the foster experience as a proactive Foster Facilitator. Oversee the recruitment, training, and ongoing support for foster parents while managing animal placements efficiently. In this role, you will bridge the gap between foster families and shelter staff, ensuring that animals receive the necessary care during their transition. Your responsibilities include maintaining communication, records, and support systems, fostering a streamlined process for animal care.
