In this hands-on role, you''ll manage various plant maintenance tasks at our facility in Ancaster, Ontario. The position involves tasks such as planting, cutting, and transport of plants. Close cooperation with team members and adherence to safety regulations will be key components of your success. Key Responsibilities: Conduct essential tasks like cutting and planting Prepare and maintain grow rooms pre and post-harvest Safely transport plants as required Support overall department goals alongside team members Keep the facility clean through sanitation efforts Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in plant care Greenhouse environment experience is advantageous Ability to lift/move heavy objects (up to 50lbs) Personal transportation is required Understanding of safety protocols is important Apply your plant care skills to enhance our productive greenhouse operations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
