Role Description We are seeking a fulltime Shift Manager to join our team in Whitecourt, AB. This onsite role involves overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing team members, and ensuring highquality customer service. Key responsibilities include supervising staff, monitoring workflows, ensuring compliance with operational standards, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The Shift Manager will also be tasked with performance management and driving continuous improvements in efficiency and service. Qualifications Leadership and people management skills, including the ability to coach, motivate, and manage a team effectively Strong organizational and problemsolving abilities, with attention to detail and time management Customer service and communication skills to handle guest interactions with professionalism and care Experience in operational processes, such as inventory management, quality control, and adherence to health and safety regulations Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is an asset Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or management are advantageous A positive attitude, teamoriented mindset, and a commitment to maintaining a welcoming environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
