Steer the operations of a high-volume Materials Recovery Facility as a Plant Manager. Focus on safety, efficiency, cost control, and team development in an industrial environment. Reporting to senior operations leadership, this role encompasses full accountability for facility performance and operational excellence. You will be responsible for inbound and outbound operations, financial performance management, and leading a dedicated team to achieve high standards.
