Responsibilities & Competencies Actively adjust claims while ensuring business development opportunities are maximized through marketing and timely followup. Maintain an independent portfolio that requires strong organizational skills to complete daytoday activities and efficiently progress file management. Analyze causeandeffect dynamics, draw valid conclusions, and communicate them clearly. Interpret complex legal documents and perform advanced numerical calculations, including comparative analysis. Apply effective analytical, communication, organizational, interpersonal, and relationshipbuilding skills. Demonstrate leadership skills, a sense of urgency, responsiveness, and a proactive customerservice approach. Qualifications & Experience University degree or postsecondary education related to insurance. Minimum of 3 years experience, preferably in Personal and/or Commercial lines Auto Property Damage (PD). Personal Property claims experience is an asset. Effective analytical and investigative skills. Ability to interpret complex documents and perform advanced numerical calculations. Adjusters license, or currently pursuing or have completed the CIP designation. Strong written and oral communication skills appropriate for diverse audiences. Good listening, interviewing, negotiating, and conflictresolution skills. Proactive, positive customer service orientation and ability to manage conflicting priorities.
