Assist in the procurement of aircraft parts to support maintenance operations. Manage sourcing, quotations, and logistics for timely and compliant purchases. This position supports the maintenance engineering team by facilitating aircraft parts procurement. Youll be responsible for prioritizing quotes, managing emergency purchases, and ensuring compliance with aviation regulations. Effective communication with internal departments regarding shipment statuses will be a key part of your role. Key Responsibilities: Source procurement quotes for aircraft materials Manage urgent MEL purchases efficiently Ensure compliance with shipping documentation Communicate effectively on AOG and priority items Electronically file all procurement paperwork Requirements: High school diploma mandatory; post-secondary education preferred Experience with SAP S/4 HANA beneficial Engineering knowledge is an asset Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Strong organizational and communication skills Engage your procurement talents to ensure smooth operations within maintenance departments by managing essential aircraft supplies efficiently. #J-18808-Ljbffr
