Position: Gift Shop, Assistant Store Manager Summer Student Department: North Bay Regional Health Centre Foundation The North Bay Regional Health Centre Foundation is seeking a youth interested in gaining small business knowledge. The student will work with the Main Street Gift & Variety store Convenor and will assist with the daily administration of the nonprofit Gift Shop and breakopen ticket sales. Duties will include customer services, recording daily sales, inventory control and managing fundraising initiatives. This 8week temporary fulltime position funded through the Canada Summer Jobs program will commence on May 19, 2026 at a pay rate of $18.10/hour based on a 37.5 hour work week. The successful candidate will be a current student between the ages of 17 and 30. Applicants must be registered as a fulltime student for the next academic year. Qualifications required are: an organized individual who possesses excellent interpersonal skills; a keen interest in hospitality, customer services, or business administration is an asset; demonstrated computer literacy (Microsoft Word/Excel) is required.
